“effektiv – die Möbelagentur GmbH” was established on 15 June 2001, evolving from the Handelsvertretung Schmidt & Busch GbR established 1995. The company acts as a furniture agency, i.e. the intermediary between furniture manufacturers and furniture traders. Our services therefore target two distinct customer groups. On the one hand we have the companies for whom we are representative agents, and on the other hand the buyers.

Our concept has always been to be a reliable partner to both client groups. Professionalism and diligence have helped us gain the trust of both. We regard goodwill and trust as  being our most valuable capital.

We follow two philosophies in our activities to gain and sustain trust.

Act in partnership, act reliably: these are the keys to mutual success!

Our success depends on our customers. Anything we do which benefits our customers and doesn't put our company at risk basically contributes to shared success.

The services embodied within the product build the framework for a product’s quality!

In a world where products and services are becoming increasingly interchangeable, the quality of the product can often not be measured on the product itself. The quality of a product is increasingly determined by the services around the product.

If for example a buyer likes a product, but is dissatisfied with the services provided by the supplier, he can quickly find a comparable product from an alternative supplier. It is our task to tailor our services to the needs of our customers. Always remembering that today’s "first class" service is tomorrow’s "standard". Our services are subject to ongoing further development and refinement, adapting and responding to client needs.

Our basic values are reliability, loyalty, fairness and a willingness to serve.

Our customers include furniture traders, interior designers for hotels, offices, government, cafeterias, clinics and public facilities.
